Will provide consultation on complex projects: Cloud Program for organizational development and change. Will report to the hiring manager of this job posting. May be a dotted line to portfolio owner based on projects supporting such as Cloud.Required:* Bachelors degree is required. Masters is preferred.* 7 years of experience in overall Organizational Change Management and Organizational Development. Change management experience in IT and/or large programs.

  • Experience in building a Change Management Office (CMO).* Experience in conducting detailed analysis and research regarding best practices, effectiveness, and lessons learned from large scale engagement implementing enterprise wide systems and technology solutions.

  • Prosci certification is required.Tasks

  • Provide consultation to leadership/executives about organizational change best practices and performance improvements.

  • Partner with IT leaders to build OCM practice and oversee full OCM/Training engagements and execution across the enterprise to maximize adoption in support of overall business and people strategies.

  • Partner IT leaders to align enterprise transformation sponsorship model with new/existing governance approach to ensure alignment across executive sponsors and leadership and maximum employee engagement, adoption, and usage.

  • Engage executives, sponsors, portfolio/program/project management, HR, internal communications, Branding, Digital Technology, vendors, and other business leaders to provide holistic strategies and change management discipline.

  • Lead change management engagements and create transformation strategies, plans, and activities by designing and deploying change principles, identifying human capital opportunities, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

  • Provide direct support and coaching to all levels (leaders, Change Champions, and staff) and create and maintain lines of communication between business, industry and other change management groups to prepare them for the transition through change impacts, walkthroughs, tool demos, etc.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop a stakeholder strategy to manage the overall change across the different organizations, work groups, and locations (national and global - 90k users) as well as conduct workforce analysis to identify key personas and scenarios.

  • Develop and distribute readiness surveys and analyze results to use findings to calibrate all change management plans.

As a Policy Change Specialist you will enter post issue changes ensuring confirmation is made with the policy holder and field and act as the initial escalation point for expeditiously handling escalated New Business cases. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure timely and accurate information is consistently conveyed to both policy holders and field personnel regarding changes in policy terms and status. * Handle routine and more involved New Business processing cases, escalated from manager and lead. Will use personal knowledge and expertise in handling these escalated issues. * Research escalated cases and as necessary interface with field organization and internal groups to resolve these cases. * Attend and master training sessions for New Business processes/systems within New Business Operations and other areas within the organization as needed. * Verify and if necessary, adjust premiums to reflect policy changes. * Adjust Agent commission to reflect policy changes. * Respond to customer and field inquiries/concerns relating to policy changes Requirements for Success: * Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience * 1+ years in an Insurance and/or Financial institution preferred * System knowledge including Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) * Ability to prioritize, research, analyze and solve problems * Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment * Ability to clearly communicate with management and peers CNO Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Affirmative Action Employer.
