OCM Business Coordination Program Lead Deep Change Management expertise and Program Manager expertise. Lead and influence with informal authority. Large scale enterprise transformations.

Developing and adapting people readiness plans in an Agile delivery environment. Strategic thinker who fosters collaboration to produce informed decision-making and help colleagues maximize adoption of transformation objectives Executive communications and deck building, story telling and data visualization Scrum/Agile experience.
