Novaspect, Inc, an Emerson Local Business Partner, the global leader of process systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for an Change Management Lead to join our team in our Schaumburg, IL location This individual will be the primary point of contact for our end user, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the optimal utilization of our technology offerings. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to minimize disruption and maximize the optimization of our tools, new and existing.

Change Management Lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for end users, understanding their goals and challenges, and aligning our solutions to meet their needs

  • Create detailed change management plans, including impact assessments, communication plans, and training strategies.

  • Provide expert advice on how our IT solutions can contribute to the achievement of end user goals

  • Serve as an end user advocate within the organization, ensuring that end user feedback is effectively communicated and addressed

  • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and targeted communication plans for different internal stakeholder groups.

  • Design and implement training programs to ensure that end-users are adequately prepared for changes.

  • Implement and maintain an effective change control process, ensuring all changes are documented, reviewed, and approved.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to end user success, providing regular reports to management

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of changes and identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with IT team, project managers, and business units to understand the impact of changes on systems, processes, and people.

  • Work proactively to identify and mitigate any potential challenges or issues that may impact end user satisfaction

  • Motivate and foster a collaborative culture that promotes cross-functional communication and teamwork

Requirements

Change Management Lead Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years in a change management or user adoption role within the Information Technology sector.

  • Solid understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Experience working within ERP systems, such as Salesforce

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, while motivating and fostering a culture of teamwork.

Change Management Lead Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work extended hours on a computer.

  • Ability to work in a loud industrial environment.

Change Management Lead Manager Pay:

  • Compensation Potential: $85k- $90k, includes base salary and bonus.

Change Management Lead Schedule:

  • Monday
  • Friday, 7:30/8am

  • 4:30/5pm

Salary Description

$90,000 per year (Includes base and bonus)
