We are looking for a Change Analyst to be based at Morrisville to deliver activities to fulfil Nufarm's change strategy and plans, which include impact analysis, communications, training, stakeholder analysis, business readiness and adoption.

What is possible?

• Apply contemporary change management process, methods and tools to create actionable change management deliverables

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop specific targeted activities to ensure active engagement of key internal stakeholders

• Document, plan and facilitate Change Impact Assessments to inform strategies and project plans

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of Nufarm training programs

What do you bring?

• Change Management qualifications and accreditations (such as Diploma of Organisational Change Management, PROSCI Change Management Accreditation, CERT IV in Workplace training & assessment or equivalent)

• Proven ability to apply change management methodologies and expertise using modern project management approaches

• At least two years of experience as a Change Analyst in a large corporate environment

• Confidence of identifying and helping to deliver business change in a global complex organisation

• Proven experience of Training & Organisational Change Management
