Summary
RNDC is looking for a skilled chain operations coordinator to join our growing team. This is a leadership role in coordination with multiple departments with primary objective of ensuring all chain orders, sub jobs, Alaska stock transfers, and express store orders are completed on time, and delivered on schedule to customers. Develops master chain schedule and sets priority for each order by working with Sales, Alaska, Express, and Sub Job leadership, sales, and planning departments. Coordinates correct scheduling, picking, loading and delivery of more than 200 million in business each year. Ensures Penske follows best practices for each phase of warehouse and transportation operation.??
In this role, you will
Collaborate with our Chain HQ and trucking companies on daily basis in partnership with Senior
Director Operations and other supporting departments to build a strong schedule and resolve issues
Prioritize Chain loads and build the daily schedule off the company provided master
Validate and coordinate Alaska loads and process utilizing existing SOP's
Coordinate all Sub-job loads and scheduling
Publish/distribute master chain schedule
Set appointments for chain deliveries
Adhere to regulatory standards and policies to ensure the safety and health of our employees
What you bring to RNDC
Supervisor or manager experience with a deep understanding of customer requirements and warehouse operations; a significant depth of experience coordinating between sales leadership and account executives, as well as warehouse/transportation staff; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience; 3-5 years of leadership experience demonstrating ability to influence and coordinate between departments; 7-10 years of professional work experience in a warehouse and sales environment, including deep understanding of logistics, developing and implementing delivery schedules; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, a thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.

Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Washington's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $49,700.00 up to $71,100.00, and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
