We are looking for a Chain Sales Merchandiser to support the Inland Empire West territory. The Henry Wine Group is a leading statewide distributor of premium wines and craft spirits. We are specialists and pride ourselves on the quality of our relationships, from the carefully selected wine and spirit suppliers we exclusively represent, to those with our partners in the restaurant and retail trade. Our sales teams are passionate and deeply educated and we back up their efforts with top level delivery service from our temperature controlled fleet. Our business is expanding rapidly and we are seeking like-minded professionals to join us on our mission of being the state's leading distributor of fine wines and craft spirits.

Salary for this position is $16.25 per hour

Some of the essential duties of this position are:


  • Develops effective strategic relationships in order to maximize product distribution within an established or growing customer base.

  • Creates maximum exposure through shelf placement in retail locations. Rotates stock appropriately. Ensure product is in correct location.

  • Develops broad base of support for The Winebow Group's services by maintaining regular contact with key decision makers and retail staff.

  • Works closely with the Merchandising Lead to monitor sales growth and market penetration using weekly/monthly reporting tools.

  • Provides educational programs, materials and services to retail staff where necessary

  • Responsible for communicating directly with The Winebow Group's Customer Service department any specific ordering or shipping needs indicated by clients within their territory.M

  • Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.

  • Arrives at work, appointments, meetings, and all work-related functions on time and as scheduled.

  • Attend department and divisional meeting as required

  • Conduct tasting and wine education and particulates in trade shows as necessary.

Responsibilities The Woundcare Specialist will be solely responsible for selling Integra's Tissue Technology product line within a defined territory. Products will include but not limited to: * PriMatrix™ a novel acellular dermal matrix * OmniGraft™ a bilayer dermal regenerative matrix * AmnioExcel® an amniotic allograft membrane * MEDIHONEY® wound and burn dressing * TCC-EZ® Total Contact Cast System * A more comprehensive list of our Outpatient (Clinic/Private Office) products can be found here. Primary responsibility will be to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product and market knowledge, along with exceptional customer service. The Wound Care Specialists will call on commercial out-patient wound care centers. The Wound Care Specialist will work across Integra functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction. As well as, work with their team to ensure that regional/corporate financial goals are met. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop new business with customers and accounts previously not sold to * Attain monthly and quarterly sales objectives as defined by regional manager and corporate senior management * Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year to be followed by subsequent monthly and quarterly territory reports aimed at achieving territory sales goals * Work with peers when called up to support case coverage and inventory requests * Take initiative to identify new business opportunities * Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing and product development teams. * Maintain high level of technical, product and disease state knowledge * Provide a consultative role in accordance with specific product indications * Operate within defined budgets and strictly with in accordance with Corporate policies and procedures Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position. * Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required; business or science-related degree preferred * Minimum two years' experience business-to-business sales (or similar) * Two years Outpatient wound care and/or surgical experience is preferred * Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills. * Confidence to communicate with established physicians and other surgical personnel * Strong negotiation and selling skills. * Interpersonal and political savvy within out-patient wound care setting * Track record of developing sales plans and executing * Team player * Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs * Highly competitive with a strong track record of success * Must possess a valid driver's license Integra Lifesciences Holdings Corporation Anaheim CA
