Child and Family Treatment and Support Services services provide a continuum of Medicaid-funded home and community based therapeutic and supportive interventions to help children and families achieve goals to improve functioning and quality of life. The candidate will assist in the development of the new CFTSS program at Catholic Charities to provide individualized, home-based supports to Medicaid eligible children, youth and families in the 8 counties of WNY. * Recruit and hire a diverse staff team, with an emphasis on filling needed positions in identified geographical locations and for identified skill sets. * Receive referrals for service, establish medical necessity, and promptly assign staff to service recipients. * Ensure Medicaid compliance and timely entry and approval of progress notes and treatment plans in EMR. Facilitate communication with healthcare plans and establishment of medical necessity. * Monitor utilization and program budgets and adjust approach as needed to ensure fiscal stability and responsiveness to community needs. * Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations and take lead on auditing activities.* Develop strong professional relationships with physicians, clinical service providers, community agencies, and healthcare plans. * Develop and facilitate trainings to staff to enhance skill set and onboard new hires * Provide monthly supervision to both clinical and non-clinical staff. * Model and endorse a Solution-Focused, Trauma Informed approach. * Market the program in the community to increase awareness and utilization of services offered. * Provide on-call phone consultation to staff after hours * Attend relevant coalition meetings to represent the interests of our agency/program and work collaboratively with stakeholders and colleagues* LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychoanalyst credential required * Ideal candidate will have 2 years supervisory experience, and experience in home based services and Medicaid programs. * Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently. * Reliable transportation is required, with a willingness to travel throughout 8 WNY counties as needed. * Ideal candidate is outgoing, able to develop relationships, familiar with the human services landscape, and able to think innovatively and creatively.Candidate must have a strong understanding of home-based practice and strategies to serve both rural and urban populations.
