One of local business partners? is currently looking for a Chief Finance Officer to join this private owned business deeply rooted in the healthcare industry. For candidates to apply they must have leadership experience within the healthcare industry (experience with insurance and workman?s comp is greatly preferred). This individual will be directly overseeing the Finance team, as well as heavily involved in operations of the company. We are looking for a strong leader that can assist this company with streamlining process and producers and helping to develop strategic initiatives to grow the company over the 100 million mark. ? Oversee the Finance team as well as accounting calendar ? Work with the Department heads to develop budgets ? Forecast and develop reports to give the owners a clear line of sight to financial stability ? Develop strategic initiatives for company growth ? Evaluate and develop operational KIP?s for team ? Assist Financial team with month/year end close(s) ? Produce financial packages ? Financial analysis ? Bachelor?s Degree in Finance or Accounting required, Masters preferred ? CPA certification is highly preferred ? Experience in Healthcare is required, experience with workman?s comp is highly preferred ? Experience with Mass 200 preferred, but not required
