Purpose and Object
Hiring is completely broken, and we are on a mission to fix it! A skill-based pre-screening platform that helps digitize recruiting to provide faster and greater insights is the first step towards our mission.

Expectations & Responsibilities
Our customers are the most important part of Brilliant Hire, and the focus of this role is making sure they're successful. At Brilliant Hire, we believe people come before the product, and we're looking for someone who embodies this on a daily basis.
Specifically, there are a few tasks:
Design and execute world-class onboarding processes that will delight new customers
Aggregate and communicate feedback from customers to our product team
Regularly touch base with existing customers and drive additional usage of the Brilliant Hire platform across customer teams
Support on other tasks as necessary - At the end of the day we are a startup, and everyone is wearing many hats.
Ultimately, your focus is to ensure customers love Brilliant Hire
Education and Qualifications
Highly organized and able to multi-task.
Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Preferred Customer Success experience or experience in the Recruiting,Talent Solutions, or HR software space
Aptitude and desire for continuous learning in the technology space
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment
