We are currently seeking an experience CST or ORT/ OR to join our team at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the patients

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted CST or ORT/ OR license in the state of practice
• Graduation from an accredited CST or ORT/ OR program
• Minimum of 2 year as a CST or ORT; general, vascular, 3+ years experience in level 1 trauma
• Strong knowledge of CST or ORT/ OR principles and practices
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Benefits

Location: Kansas city, MO

Pay Rate: $1,440 - $1620 weekly depending on your experience

Class/Area: Certified surgical technician

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Hours per Week: 36 Hours

Shift and Time: 12 Hour Days | 0700-1930

Schedule Details:Mon-Wed

Weekend Rotation: none

On-call Requirements: as needed

Holidays Requirements: as needed

Floating Requirements: within OR

Exp
erience Required: 2 year as a CST or ORT; general, vascular, 3+ years experience in level 1 trauma

License Required: Diploma from accredited school

Licenses Preferred: NB
STSA

Certificates Required: AHA BLS
