• For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $15,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible experienced certified surgical Tech with three years plus.

$3,000 sign on bonus for 0-3 years of experience certified Surgical Techs

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PT position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires,

per diem hires are ineligible.

Position Summary

• The Certified Surgical Technician II functions under the supervision of the circulating Registered Nurse in assisting the surgeon in the surgical treatment of patients. He/she is expected to adhere to Operating Room standards and demonstrates knowledge of equipment, instruments, and procedures pertinent to the Operating Room. The Technician must have a sense of responsibility and a willingness to meet the required time assignments and work load.

• Education: Graduate of accredited Certified Surgical Technologist Program.

• License/Certifications: N/A.

• Experience: N/A.
