As a Surgical Technician at Lower Keys Medical Center, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:

• A graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program (NBSTSA OR NCCT)

• BLS Certification

• Ability to work off shifts and pm shifts, take night and weekend call shifts.

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, regarding cardiac cath procedures

• Prepares and maintains medical equipment for cardiac caths.

• Follows hospital regulations and industry procedures to tend to patients during their Cath Lab procedures.

• Performs pre-procedure preparations for the patient's skin, body, and medical equipment.

• May be required to transport the patient to and from the Cath Lab.

• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Performs a variety of tasks.
