  • Receive the repair or service order in a timely manner.

  • Perform the appropriate diagnostic testing as required and relay required repair information in a timely manner for approval by customer or dealership management.

  • Inform management of any additional or proposed work to vehicle for relay to customer.

  • Complete all repairs and service orders accurately and in a timely manner per management guidelines.

  • Comply with all safety guidelines and policies including the handling of hazardous waste and good housekeeping.

  • Complete all required training and certification courses.

  • Strive to preserve customer relations through attentive, thorough and respectful response to stated needs.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned


  • Valid driver's license

  • High School Education and 2 years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Certified Subaru Technician with Senior level or higher preferred

In this role, the ideal candidate will maintain and repair various machines, and electrical systems throughout the manufacturing facility. He/She will have a strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to problem solve. You will utilize various tools, equipment, and diagrams to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment throughout the facility. Responsibilities * Read and interpret electrical/mechanical diagrams, specifications, and planning documents to determine the method and sequence required for maintenance operations. • Perform machine periodical maintenance. • Maintain various machines, air/steam systems, air conditioning and refrigeration units and plant plumbing. • Locate and install pipe, valves, vents, inlets, outlets, connections, fixtures and equipment. • Read electrical meters, diagnose machine errors, and repair electrical malfunctions. • Operate systems and regulate equipment to maintain proper temperatures and humidity. • Record maintenance and repair data manually or with the aid of a computer or computer-based system. • Move and/or obtain correct parts, materials, and tools. • Train, coach, and/or assist fellow employees as required by the company. • Report job handicaps such as: errors in parts, procedures, tools, and sequences. Qualifications Requirements• Experience within an electrical and/or maintenance field• Successful completion of a skills demonstration• Must pass the WorkKeys Assessment • Has the ability to work any shift• Ability to work overtime, as neededPreferred• Maintenance experience• Is a strong problem solver who is self-motivated.
