• Friday, will only consider 4x10s; Must take call Job Setting: Hospital Types of Cases: No cardiac, no obstetrics, no pediatric

• Just general cases Credentialing Timeframe: 30 - 60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic & HST Pathways Board Certification, Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Active Florida State License/CSR required.
