As Subject Matter Experts, our Reimbursement Specialists are the primary point of contact for consumers and healthcare professionals, assisting with all incoming inquiries. Our Medical Reimbursement Specialists facilitate the application process for financial assistance available to patients from a non-profit funding resource. You will provide the initial screening and enrollment for a wide variety of patient assistance programs. You will also be responsible for providing assistance with reimbursement inquiry requests, including application intake, online navigation of the application, and all case documentation. This is a great opportunity to help patients afford the medication and treatments they need.
