Under the supervision of the station manager, the Passenger (PAX) Certified Trainer Agent ('certified trainer') is responsible for the distribution and presentation of training materials at the station. The certified trainer will support the station's goals, objectives and regulatory requirements. Certified trainers may also work in the operation as needed.
Communicates DGS policies and relevant information in a timely manner. Maintains currency with all training required to hold PAX Certified Trainer Agent designation.
Conducts employee training and ensures that all required training courses are completed as necessary to achieve/maintain station compliance and meet customer requirements. Ensures training records in Learning Management System (LMS) are maintained and updated. Ensures that training deadlines are met and audits records for completion and compliance.
Maintains proficiency in all assigned work areas and performs all assigned Customer Service Agent functions as needed. Communicates information through a variety of delivery methods. Maintains knowledge of manuals and ensures duties are performed in accordance with required policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
