Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

• Salary: $25,740 - $54,600. Compensation dependent on experience.*
• Part-time, Flexible Hours based on Case Load

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy 
• NBCOT Certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Arizona (required upon start date)
