Job Description Summary:

Assists the Occupational Therapist in the provision of patient treatment relative to the established treatment plan. Maintains a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development. Supervises ancillary personnel in patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support

• American Heart Association, DL-HC

• Driver's License only if in a Home Care department

• Department of Motor Vehicles, OTA - Occupational Therapist Assistant

• American Occupational Therapy Assoc.

State Driver's License. OTA - Occupational Therapist Assistant BLS - Basic Life Support Field of Study: Occupational Therapy Years of Experience 0
