We can offer a schedule that works for you.

• Weekend Shifts

Does parenting or a second job restrict you from a Monday-Friday schedule? Weekend shifts are available. (Includes additional compensation)

• Float Pool Program

Do you like to learn and gain experience in different care areas? You will have the opportunity to move around and work in at least 2 clinical program areas. (Includes additional compensation)

• Shift Variety

Limited on the days that you are able to work? We offer 12-hour shifts, allowing you to work three days per week while maintaining full-time status. Need to work more days but shorter shifts? We offer 4-hour shifts, too. Want something in between? We will work with you on a schedule that fits your needs.

• Physical? Absolutely. We offer free vaccination clinics for employees and resources to help you connect with free and low-cost health and dental clinics.

• Emotional? Very important. We offer 6 free in-person or virtual sessions with a counselor per year. If more is needed, we will help you work with your insurance company.

• Financial? Yup. We connect employees in need with organizations that provide guidance towards house ownership, shelter for those who are homeless, energy assistance for those struggling to pay their bills, and more.

Employees have access to a small market on campus, open every Wednesday. The market offers free or highly discounted non-perishable food and household items. During the summer months it also offers fresh produce supplied by several community gardens, including one right on Luther Manor's campus.

Employees browse tables set up by our various community partners. Representatives from healthcare, housing, food access, and other organizations are present to answer questions and guide employees to resources.

• Want to increase your training and pay as a certified medication assistant? We will help you do that. And we will pay for it, something most other long-term care communities don't.

• Want access to training that will help you become more competent and confident in the healthcare industry? We offer free dementia training and American Heart Association Basic Life Support courses.
