Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA, Full Time, Day Shift, St. Francis, WI

Community Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs who are committed to teamwork and providing great care to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team. This is a full time opportunity on our day shift for our Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi location at 3221 S. Lake Drive, St. Francis, WI 53235.

Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Responsibilities:
  • Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor/manager is responsible for providing various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs, support and health status of Community Care program members. Serves as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts.

  • Ensures care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care, the Program for all-inclusive Care for the Elderly and the State of Wisconsin.

This role requires the passing of Medication.

Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Requirements:
  • Education:High School diploma or GED preferred

  • Licensure: A current Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant required

  • Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia. Med passing experience required.

Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Schedule:

  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 40 hours a week

  • Every other weekend

  • Every other holiday
