Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
• Transfer and transport patients safely to various locations within the healthcare facility
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Assist with feeding and mobility exercises
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure patients' needs are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patients' rooms
• Document patient information accurately and maintain records
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred
• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

 Location: Kennebunk, ME

Class/Area: Certified Nursing Assistant

Pay Rate: $680 - $760 weekly base on experience

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Length of Assignment: 12 weeks

Hours per Week: 38hrs

Shift and Time: 1 Shift, 7:00am-3:00pm

Experience Required:Minimum of 2 year of recent experience as a CNA

License Required: Active/Licens
ed CNA

Certificate Required: BLS
