We are currently searching for a full time Certified Nursing Assistant to add to our Meridian Med/Surg 6 team. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 2, assists nursing personnel in providing patient care in assigned areas. Performs other skills/tasks as identified by the unit/department that require a unique body of knowledge/skills.
Meridian Med/Surg 6 cares for general medical and satellite telemetry patients. Their specialty is to be ready to care for anything.
They are a stroke and CHF unit and also do behavioral health training. This unit is part of the stroke center of excellence and Heart Failure Center of excellence. Special procedures include peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis. Also also handle Psych patients.
Schedule: Full Time Nights
Licenses/Certifications: Current CNA Certification in the State of Practice
