We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our team in Detriot MI!

You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan as a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA.

Full Time 7 am

  • 3 pm, 3 pm

  • 11 pm


  • Assist residents with daily dental and mouth care (i.e., brushing teeth/dentures, oral hygiene, special mouth care, etc.), with bath functions (i.e., bed, bathtub or shower bath, etc) and with hair care functions (i.e., combing, brushing, shampooing, etc.)

  • Change bed linens. Keep linens tight to avoid wrinkles from forming under the resident

  • Assist resident with bowel and bladder functions (i.e., take to bathroom, offer bedpan/urinal, portable commode, etc)

  • Assist residents in preparing for activity and social programs (i.e. church services, parties, visitors, etc)

  • Change dressings, bandages, binders, etc., as instructed

  • Ensure that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently


  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification

The Water Division of Arcadis seeks an Account Manager to work with Arcadis staff in growing the municipal practice in the Detroit and other Michigan markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated engineer to join an existing team and established business of one of the best qualified consulting firms in the country and to assume a leadership marketplace position and grow our existing Detroit and Michigan practice. The Account Manager will: * have established client relationships, and a track record of working with clients in winning and overseeing the execution of projects within the municipal sector of this region. * work with and be supported by strong nationally recognized senior staff on various projects. * be comfortable in supporting client development initiatives and project pursuits. * be a strong mentor and team leader capable of motivating and developing staff in the Water consulting business. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental or Water Resources engineering. * 15 -20 years' combined technical and project management experience in water/wastewater or stormwater and green infrastructure facilities planning, permitting, design, and construction. * 10 years' experience in a client development and management leadership role. * Thorough understanding of the Detroit and greater Michigan markets. * Ability to successfully develop and manage client relationships, lead pursuits, and project teams in a collaborative fashion within various water, wastewater, stormwater, water resources, infrastructure and other municipal engineering sectors. * Operations and resource management experience. * Leadership roles in state and/or national professional water/engineering associations. * Registered Professional Engineer in Michigan or ability to timely obtain via reciprocity. * Strong technical skills and ethics. * Strong communication skills and technical writing. * Strong desire to mentor a team with demonstrable experience. * A successful track record of delivering various engineering projects to the expectations of the client. * Strategic development and problem solving skills. * Politically astute and able to understand the business development and operational requirements in client relationships. Preferred Qualifications * Master's Degree in Civil, Environmental or Water Resources engineering * PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
