Purpose of this position
The primary purpose of your position is to provide residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
Position Requirements
Educational
High School diploma, or its equivalent
Licensure
A current C.N.A license, CPR card.
Physical and Mental Job Requirements

Performance Standards
Technical Functions
Assist all residents with ADLs as well as programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility in accordance with FPH, CQI and FCC standards, providing consistent and loving care with dignity and skill.
Attends resident care plan conference. Reads and adheres to resident care plans as set forth by MDS Cooordinator and Federal and State regulations.
Follows all procedures as set forth by state and federal regulations, as well as facility policy, to ensure safety for both staff and residents (including peri-care, baths, transfers, use of various lifting mechanisms, etc.).
Documents in accordance will all policies and procedures. ADLS, Bath sheets, Vitals, Restorative and all other documentation as assigned by the Nurse.
Adhere to work schedule (attendance, tardies and overtime) as posted in Time and Attendance and/or policies as set forth in the employee handbook.
Responsible for maintaining and providing to the Homes a current license and annual education requirements as mandated by law and facility policy.

Is aware of and understands safety risks and helps coworkers work safely.
Continuing Education
Participate in activities that achieve previous year's development plan.
Promptly attends and participates in annual training, mandatory meetings, hazardous communication, universal precaution and hurricane preparedness and other required training programs.
Evaluates performance against expectations and adjusts for improvements.
Attend and maintain current CPR/First Aid and Security certifications.

Part-time 7 pm
$16.50 per hour flat rate.
