  • Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship

  • When certified, administer or assist with medication

  • Assist with creation and implementation of Resident Care Plans

In order to qualify, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification, a current certification for SAMM, Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, CHome, or Personal Care, and demonstrate an interest in working with seniors.

About the Role Lincoln Tech's Shelton, CT campus is seeking an Evening Program Manager for its highly regarded LPN program. As an integral part of the school's management team, you would ensure successful student progression through the program. You will ensure compliance with all Board of Nursing, government, accreditation, and Company policies and procedures, in its delivery of education to the student body and faculty. What You'll Do * Manage student attendance, grades, academic progress, and graduation rates. * Recruit, hire, and lead faculty. * Provide faculty orientation, professional development, daily guidance, and feedback. * Assist with the academic scheduling of students and faculty. * Conduct classroom observation and surveys, reviewing the results with faculty, students, Campus leadership, and staff. * Assist instructors on delivery methods that address students' different learning styles. * Manage the Clinical Skill Lab. * Support and enforce school and academic policies and procedures; advise and support instructors as needed. * Maintain an inventory of equipment, books, training aids, and course materials. * Contributes to the curriculum review process and manage new curriculum implementation according to standards. * Report to the Director of Nursing.
