This is 0.9 FTE Full time, Night shift position.

$4,000 hiring bonus for full-time positions and relocation assistance offered for external caregivers.

The CNA 2/HUC is a key person within the decentralized nursing unit, who provides overall administrative and technical support in the operation of the unit; collaborates with other staff and leaders in the development, oversight, and operation of the unit; and performs CNA II patient care duties.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training

• Health Unit Coordinator or secretarial coursework along with a medical terminology course or experience or 1 year experience performing secretarial duties in a health care environment.

• Coursework/Training

• Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.

• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.

• National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association upon hire.

• Experience with a variety of software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year

• Acute care hospital experience, ideally performing CNA and/or Health Unit Coordinator duties.

• 1 year

• Experience as a CNA 2.
