Certified Nurse Midwife

The Women#s Wellness Center#(WWC) at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) is seeking an experienced and passionate Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our supportive and collaborative OBGYN and Midwifery team.#The ideal candidate will have a team-based approach and a solution-oriented mindset, providing a full scope of midwifery duties suitable for a rural setting. The CNM will work in close collaboration with three OBGYNs, three midwives, and one women#s health nurse practitioner, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.# In addition to women#s#health and family planning services, our midwives provide 24-hour on-call coverage for midwifery caseload patients.

Deliveries occur in our beautiful birth center on the same floor as our Women#s Wellness Center. We emphasize supporting physiologic birth and patient choice to achieve excellent outcomes. Nursing staff provide 1:1 support for women who have water labor and birth, nitrous oxide, intrathecal, or VBAC options.
