• Make an Impact! The midwife is responsible for full-scope midwifery care. The midwife provides independent clinical management of essentially healthy people, including routine office well gynecologic care, management of minor gynecologic issues, antepartum/intrapartum/postpartum care, andimmediate care of the newborn. The midwife will work in the hospital and office-based care settings as a member of a collaborative care team. The care team consists of OB/GYNs, midwives, NPs, RNs, social workers, and medical assistants.

Position: Per Diem, Certified Nurse Midwife

Shift: Per Diem - Monday-Friday

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

Education:

Master's degree with Certified Nurse Midwife degree required.

Licensures/Certifications:

National Board Certification as a certified nurse midwife. PA RN License required.

BLS certification required.

Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
