Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
• Health Insurance – Employer Pays 75% (Approximately $80 Per Pay Period)

Responsibilities:

• Flexible Work Schedule: Choose between 5 x 8-hour shifts or 4 x 10-hour days
• On-call rotation approximately 1:3 Weeks
• Collaborate with a full support staff to provide comprehensive midwifery care
• Autonomy in clinical decision-making and patient management

Requirements:

• Clear and Active Nurse Midwife License in the State of Indiana
• Certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife
• New Graduates are welcome
• Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
