Summary: Provides personal care for the homebound patient under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Assists with ADLS and performs vitals.

Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent.

Currently certified by the state of Illinois as a CNA. Current CPR. Previous Home Health experience required.

CNA experience in an acute care setting, long term care facility or skilled nursing facility a plus. Able to work independently in a team environment. Strong customer service skills. Valid Illinois Driver's License and car insurance.

Our Home Health employees enjoy flexibility and a competitive hourly rate (which includes travel time in between patients), monthly mileage and cell phone reimbursement.

Registry position: Registry positions are not eligible for benefits. Registry employees may participate in the Retirement Savings Plan.
