Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required. Completion of NA I and NA II programs required.

• Experience: One year preferred.

• Licensure/certification/registration: NA registry as NA I in good standing.
  
  Current NA II certification with state. BON and BLS Health Care Provider. Medication Safety - AME required.

• Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
