Job Summary:

Performs patient care activities and other tasks as assigned to assist the primary care, therapy, and adult day health staff. Works under the direct supervision of the Participant Care Manager but is independent in the application of nursing knowledge and skills.

Required Qualifications

• Requires an active CENA certificate valid in the State of Michigan.

• Must be CPR certified.

• Must have reliable transportation-with valid drivers license.

• A minimum of six (6) months clinical experience as a licensed CENA. (preferred)

• Home Care experience is preferred.
