Pine Hills Retirement Community is looking for a caring, compassionate and kind CMA. We strive to provide care to our residents that exceeds industry standards and we are looking for a CNA that wants to join that mission!

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for serving and caring for the elderly population, the desire to build a genuine rapport with those that theyre charged to care for and the ability to provide individualized, resident-centered basic nursing care and medication administration.

  • Responsible for proper medication dosage, medication monitoring and appropriate medication storage.

  • Administer medications within scope of practice and job description.

  • Assists residents with activities of daily living.

  • Maintains resident stability by checking vital signs and weight.

  • Provides residents with quality personal hygiene.

  • Provides resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials.

  • Answers residents call lights and requests and transports residents.

  • Reports observations of the resident to nursing supervisor.


  • Valid and active state-issued CNA and CMA certification

  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards, federal and state regulations

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
