Full-time Benefit Package

Shift: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

w/Occassional Sat or Sun AM rotation for newborn clinic

$5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus for external hires.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse or CMA to join our clinic team dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to pediatric patients. In this role, you will work closely with children and their families, delivering comprehensive care, and promoting wellness. Your expertise and caring demeanor will contribute significantly to the well-being of our young patients.

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.

• Assist provider with patient examination, treatment and minor surgical procedures.

• May perform specimen collection, phlebotomy and specimen analysis.

• Medication and/or vaccine administration.

• Care Coordination via medication refills, prior authorizations and referral scheduling.

• Test result management and tracking as determined by provider.

• Return patient calls and inquiries via phone or patient portal.

Qualifications

• Current License to Practice, RN/LPN (State of Iowa)

• Current Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA)

• High school diploma.

• Prior experience working in a pediatric clinic or hosptial care setting preferred.

• BLS and Mandatory Reporter.
