POSITION: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or CCMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) LOCATION: Paducah, KY QUALIFICATIONS: active CMA or RMA certification RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING: collect and review labs ordered by the doctor administer medications according to Stepworks protocols (training provided) monitor patient vitals and measure withdrawal symptoms (training provided) supervise residential patients PICC line care (training provided) assist in maintaining facility rules and curfews assist clinicians/therapists encourage patients to persevere in treatment (training provided) be prepared for crisis intervention, first aid, CPR (training provided) SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Various shifts available; can discuss preferred days/hours upon interview (High demand for 3rd shift Monday - Friday and weekends) BENEFITS: (full time only) health, dental, and vision insurance cancer, hospitalization, accident, and critical illness policies 401K with employer matching after one year of employment paid time off opportunities for promotion/advancement within the Stepworks organization APPLICATION:
