CEP Implementation Consultant

3Ci is currently seeking a UAT/ORT Test & Deployment Coordinator to join our Client's team in the utilities sector. As a UAT/ORT Test & Deployment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), and parallel testing.

Essential Functions

• Partner with System Integrators and Leadership team to define the test strategy and approach for UAT, ORT, and parallel testing

• Collaborate with System Integrators and Leadership team to develop a comprehensive Deployment workplan, including a list of activities for successful production deployment (may involve co-leading or facilitating deployment status update meetings, ensuring clear ownership of activities, and following up on status, issues, and risks)

• Maintain and update PMO records, including weekly metrics and status reports

• Document and escalate issues and risks and ensure updates are made to the overall program Integrated Project Plan

• Provide guidance and direct work for a team of Test Analysts, ensuring that deliverables are met

• Partner closely with Developers, System Support Analysts, and Business Process Leads to identify, track, and resolve dfects

• Monitor key testing metrics and conduct periodic reviews to measure and ensure consistent progress

• Thoroughly document test results

• Perform other tasks as required
