Private, independent oil and gas service company in Midland seeking a C-level Executive. The company provides production and completions services and equipment for the life of a well. The position is located in Midland, TX. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company
• Oversight of managers of various product lines to enhance overall productivity, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), increase efficiencies, and set strategic goals
• Develop yearly project and operational budgets
• Build a positive and collaborative work environment
• Work with the Owner to adopt and drive organizational vision, mission, and values
• Help increase overall profits and drive growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years minimum work experience in Oilfield Services-REQUIRED
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar capacity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills-must be comfortable interacting with field personnel
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and enhance productivity.
