Basic Job Functions:
The Central/Plant Maintenance Electrician job responsibilities include but are not limited to providing maintenance to the plant utilities, buildings, roads, and grounding grid; support special events, carry out predictive maintenance in all areas as needed. Nucor teammates are expected to participate in and promote an atmosphere of cooperation and team work while maintaining compliance in all areas of the site within our Quality control system. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three years' experience as an Industrial Electrician

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated active role in the safety process
Demonstrated understanding of basic maintenance functions
Multicraft experience

Pay based on experience
