As a Centralized Scheduling Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals access the care they need by answering incoming calls, gathering information, and scheduling appointments. You will be the welcoming voice that connects people to life-changing support and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from new clients seeking mental health services

  • Screen clients to understand their needs and determine appropriate services

  • Schedule appointments for outpatient and psychiatric services

  • Verify insurance eligibility and referral sources using various systems

  • Perform clerical tasks such as sending appointment letters, filing, and maintaining records

  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines when handling client information

  • Provide excellent customer service and deliver a positive first impression

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or medical scheduling

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills

Additional Qualifications:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor

  • Ability to work independently and follow directions

  • Strong typing skills

  • Able to establish effective relationships over the phone
