In this role you will be responsible for maintaining our auto secured portfolio perfection rates for our branch operations, through both administrative and customer service tasks.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Sorting and processing mail pertaining to perfected titles
Working collaboratively with branches to identify and resolve lien perfection issues, enhancing their perfection rates
Serving as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers, including vendors
Staying current with our policies and procedures, as well as all relevant state and federal laws
Qualifications
What you should have:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience with auto titling preferred but not required
Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work concisely and effectively with peers, senior leadership, and outside vendors
Ability to accurately follow local motor vehicle processes for each state in which we operate
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Base Hourly Rate: $18.50 - $22.50
The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base hourly rate offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
All full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
