Builds and strengthens customer loyalty by providing administrative support and performing clerical and data entry duties to support the business objectives of the Distribution Center and E-Fulfillment Center.   • Communicates with vendors, stores, Corporate departments and government agencies

  • Ensures timely and appropriate responses to incoming mail, phone calls and emails, including drafting written responses to all levels of management, key resources and vendors

  • Assists in problem solving and resolving issues with internal and external business partners

  • Provides efficient and accurate support to assist the Network in achieving goals

  • Assists with auditing invoices and paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail


  • Maintains, compiles and interprets data to produce/create records, reports, new forms and other correspondence utilizing various software programs

  • Displays an attention to detail while filing, categorizing and distributing information for business partners

  • Works with external vendors to collect and record invoices and expenses for payment and tracking purposes

  • Maintains timekeeping, attendance and scheduling systems


  • Resolves issues with the allocation of products throughout the Network

  • Coordinates and prioritizes freight flow

  • Analyzes data from Network Order Control

  • Conducts research with outside vendors and analysts to increase efficiency



  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to use good judgement and problem solve on the job

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Excellent time management and organization skills

  • Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting and attention to detail

  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others

  • Ability to multitask while adapting to fluctuating priorities


  • High School diploma

  • Prior clerical experience

  • Experience in CICS or other like applications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Chrome


  • Physical activity may include time standing/walking up to 12 hours with scheduled breaks. Ability to work in a multi-level environment, including climbing stairs, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting and pushing on a frequent basis

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds repetitively and more than 50 pounds with a two person lift as needed
