• Position Summary

• The Central supply Technician prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.

• May rotate between CSR and OR. May prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, equipment and supplies, and hand items to surgeon, obstetrician, or other medical practitioners.

• Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High School Diploma or the equivalent (GED) preferred.

• License/Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.

• Experience: N/A

• Participation in a program for Operating Room and/or Central Supply Technician is preferred
