Central Supervision Analyst

Your role

The Central Supervision Analyst is a key member of a small team that supports Branch activities in accordance with policies and procedures related to Specialized Businesses for the firm. The Analyst will assist Branch Management with their supervisory responsibilities and serve as a resource to fortify oversight.

We're looking for someone with a supervision and control skill set with the ability to:

• obtain relevant date and perform controls
• interface with Supervisory Officers in order to complete the control

You will:

• be responsible for oversight of the implementation of controls related to contract bases businesses, non-cash compensation and other bespoke controls
• execute necessary supervisory processes and controls for manual and automated oversight
• engage compliance, legal and risk partners to understand and design appropriate controls and remedial actions required to ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations
• act as an interface between field leadership, product management, legal, compliance and risk
• ensure investment implementation are inline with program policies and guidelines

Your expertise

You have:

• a minimum of 8 years of general financial services experience and product expertise with at least 5 years of risk oversight, supervision and control experience in a field-facing role
• strong understanding of advisory, contract based businesses and brokerage offerings of the firm
• the ability to utilize knowledge of applicable regulations and laws
• experience interpretting and applying policy
• experience identifying and translating

risks into actionable controls or remediation activities.
