We are seeking an experienced Central Services Technician I for our Insourcing Solutions site located in Cambridge, MA.

Your primary role will be the sanitation of cages and related equipment, including cage wash rooms, feed and bedding rooms, hallways, loading docks and other specific areas. Responsible for receiving feed, bedding and other supplies.

The following are minimum requirements related to the Central Services Technician I position.

  • Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

  • Experience: Minimum of six months experience working in a laboratory animal facility performing cage wash duties or working with glassware cleaning or a commercial dishwashing operation.

  • Certification/Licensure: None

Through MS One to One, Lemtrada patients can enroll into the Central Lab Program. The Central Lab Program is designed to facilitate access to REMS-required monthly lab tests for Lemtrada patients. Patients can have labs drawn at home (by a contracted home phlebotomy company), at a national laboratory patient service center or at their health care provider’s office. Lab tests are analyzed and reported to health care providers by one of two-contracted national laboratory companies. Services are provided to Lemtrada patients at no cost. Sanofi Genzyme sets the strategic direction for the Central Lab Program and oversees it operations. Central Lab Program services are provided by contracted partners. The Senior Manager will report to the Director, MS One to One for the MS Business Unit. This position is based in Cambridge, MA **Key Responsibilities:** The Senior Manager, Patient and Provider Services will be primarily responsible for management of the Central Lab Program but may be involved in other MS One to One initiatives. Primary responsibilities include: + Manage multiple vendors that are responsible for operationalizing the Central Lab Program in order to ensure a best in class customer service offering, including facilitation of Quarterly Business Review meetings, review and approval of SOPs, and performance reporting + Be point of contact for the LASH Lab coordination team, and work with them to enhance services and drive efficiencies within the context of the overall management of the MS One to One program + Develop relationships with, and interact with the field (ABMs, ISMs) on a day to day basis regarding Lab related initiatives and issues + Project management multiple process improvement initiatives ,including integrating test result from the Central Lab Program with health care provider’s EMR, and new Central Lab Program offerings + Track and address process/system issues that negatively impact the ability of patients to comply with the Lemtrada REMS-required labs.
