POSITION SUMMARY: A qualified individual holding certification in CSR with administrative accountability to designated service area.
Works with Associate Director to plan budget, staffing needs, and oversee competency of staff. Provides leadership in growth and development of new services in area(s) of indirect patient care. Additionally, excell, basic computer skills to include SMART, GHX. Maintains relationships with reps, i.e. products we purchase, instruments for education.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning, directing, and provision of care to patients.
Works cooperatively within department and other services to create a system of quality health care. Determines staffing requirements; assists with interviewing and hiring personnel for department, developing yearly budget, conducting yearly performance appraisal for all staff. Works with interdisciplinary team to provide leadership in compliance with applicable JCAHO standards, safety standards, and provide leadership in growth and development of new services in area(s) of clinical supervision.
