Central Scheduler

Pay Range:

Days: $17.45 - $19.27

Evenings: $18.55 - $20.37

Nights: $18.95 - $20.77

All evening and night shifts include shift differentials.

The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts.

• OR secretarial experience preferred.

• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and graphics software, with minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with 90% accuracy.

• Knowledge of medical terminology required. Ability to compose correspondence and proof assignments to ensure accuracy of documents.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required.

• Detail attentiveness required.

• Individual must be self-motivated and willing to self-direct.

• Previous experience in a health care environment preferred.

• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy.

• Able to work efficiently and effectively under time constraints.

Minimum Education Requirement -

Associate degree in secretarial science or medical secretary course preferred.
