Job DescriptionA global consumer-brands company that has grown over 3,000% in the last 2 years seeks a Central Regional Sales Manager to do the following covering the Central States:In partnership with the National Sales Manager and other sales executives, develop action plans for business opportunities, conduct assigned distributor team plans, periodic team reviews, market surveys, competitive pricing surveys, and general sales meetings with distributor partners.Provide feedback to National Sales Manager and other sales executives: recommendations, opportunities, changes, distributor issues and competitive activity.Work with Sales executive team and senior management to develop pricing structures and pricing strategies.Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, individual stores, and buyers. Leverage relationships to explore business opportunities.Establish sales presence in the market to ensure that NEFT Vodka brand priorities and initiatives are regularly maintained at the distributor level.Communicate all necessary information and brand education regarding NEFT Vodka programs, strategies, and standards to distributor sales teams to achieve depletion and distribution goals.Educate distributor sales members on NEFT Vodka brand priorities and execution standards, provide product education sessions to retailers, and on-premise accounts.Implement sales performance measures and targets with our distributor while assisting in achieving goals.Conduct and report weekly progress checks of distributor performance for assigned area.Collaborate in managing merchandising plan and execution.Conduct post-promotion analysis in conjunction with the sales team.To sell or obtain orders or contracts for services or for the use of facilities and benefit from the sale of the product or services.Customarily and regularly engaged in selling away from the employer's place or places of business.RequirementsSpecific Skill Requirements:Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.Proven ability to drive cross department collaboration.Program and budget development, implementation, management, and strategic decision-making experience.Demonstrated ability in customer management within specific territory.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with strong public speaking presence and ability to persuade and influence.Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.Strong Microsoft Office Skills, with CRM systems, and project management tools.Must have a valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and the ability to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications:3-5 years' experience in a management level position in the Wine & Spirits industry.Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.Experience working in the spirits industry.BenefitsCompetitive salary & benefits package.Paid time-off and holidays.
