  • Brokerage Group Position

    Overview:
    This position is primarily responsible for directing the activities of the staff of one or more First National Investment Services (FNIS) Central Processing Units (CPU). Collectively with the CPU staff, coordinates and manages administrative and operational support for multiple Financial Advisors assigned to the CPU.

    The incumbent conducts the training, development and evaluation of the CPU staff. Primary

    Responsibilities:
    Supervises and assists CPU staff in performing their duties as Sales Assistants.

    May also serve in the capacity of Sales Assistant to a Financial Advisor. Supervises and trains the CPU staff and participates in the short and long range strategic planning for the CPU. Manages workflow and human resources to attain CPU goals.

    Interacts independently with clients on sales and service issues as needed. Works collaboratively with Financial Advisors, divisional and regional management. Recommends changes to policies that affect the CPU and the structure and organization of the CPU.

    Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
