Central Engineering and Excellence Lead, End-to-End Engineering

Responsible for: delivering and enabling E2EE performance optimization and CI through data leveraging, mining, analytics, and reporting, identifying and deploying best practices through development of global policies and equipment and infrastructure specifications and standards, leading all technical M&A activities, developing and deploying the "future of manufacturing / distribution" capability road-map, managing the global CAPEX plan, project managing global capital projects, and providing capability training and development plans for global engineering personnel
Lead E2EE KPI dashboard development, deployment, and E2EE KPI governance and continuous improvement CoP
Operationalize and embed analytics for action in support of E2EE and corporate objectives. Embedding actionable insights, real time and predictive analytics into business processes to enable opportunity identification, performance optimization, and initiative prioritization and alignment
Ensure effective collaboration and alignment with brands, R&D, procurement (category and brand), category, plant, Lean and CI to deliver processes, capabilities, improvement opportunity prioritization
Lead and support the future of manufacturing / distribution CoP in development of the strategic capability roadmap, integration into the strategic capital plan
Develop, deploy, and maintain global E2EE policies and equipment and infrastructure standards and specifications, establishing and leveraging internal and external benchmarks/best practices
Lead the engineering organization's strategy and strategic capital planning process in coordination with the other engineering pillars to align engineering and broader strategic priorities. Manage select global engineering initiatives / capital projects
Lead all technical engineering / process M&A activity for ELC
Drive pillar performance versus agreed pillar KPIs; manage team performance and measure team's ROI
Act as key interface to leadership functions within E2E Engineering in order to align key priorities, process flows and interdependencies
Engage and align E2EE Center & Excellence activity with the global SC COE
Provide hands-on technology leadership to the engineering team and mentor, motivate, and lead engineering teams to support a vibrant, innovative and productive engineering culture
Lead talent / capability development for the E2EE organization to ensure consistency/continued excellence (e.g. training, talent retention)
Identify risks and opportunities for the global project portfolio & work closely with interfaces in the supply chain
Set up governance model for innovation governance board
