The Clinic Manager will function in a strategic leadership position that will manage the overall operations of our CareNow clinic, ensuring a vision and strategy for future growth, customer service and satisfaction, and a safe clinic for our patients and staff. This Clinic Manager also provides expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care.


  • Supervises, orients, and trains clinic staff to ensure that all policies, established practices and standards are followed.

  • Develops, communicates, and leads the execution of clinic goals and objectives in support of overall clinic performance and operations as well as staff retention and employee engagement.

  • Manages individual and team performance including handling patient and visitor issues, providing feedback and/or follow-up training to employees, recognizing good performance, and identifies/mentors potential candidates for promotional opportunities.

  • Monitors patient flow including keeping patients informed, overseeing and seeking to reduce wait times as much as possible, acting on information provided by Web Check-in, and ensuring efforts are coordinated to provide the highest quality care and services.

  • Manages/maintains the upkeep of interior and exterior areas (works with company selected vendors), signage, overall clinic appearance, and key control and alarm codes.

  • Ensures all cash management procedures are followed.

  • Regularly communicates with primary accounts to ensure we are meeting the employer's needs, occupational preference cards and procedures are followed, and partners with marketing to maintain updated preference cards.

  • Ensures all compliance measures are met including overseeing clinic opening/closing, documenting incident occurrence reports, preparing for and completing clinic audits/reviews/surveys, and maintaining all safety precautions.


  • 3 years of experience in a medical office setting is required.

  • 1 year of experience in the supervision of staff is preferred.

  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Experience using an EHR system is extremely helpful.


  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is highly preferred.


  • RN, LPN, MA, NCT, RT or other applicable clinical license is highly preferred.

  • Current BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start.

  • Within 3 months of employment or promotion, must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification.

  • NEVADA ONLY: Office Laboratory Assistant license is required by the state.


  • Must be available to manage the clinic 24/7 as needed. Flexibility to fill in open shifts and float to other work locations is required.

Management of, and total accountability for, the service center in meeting the Credit Union's administrative, operational, service and sales objectives. Insures that staff provides continuous quality member service while offering appropriate product lines. Assures compliance with credit union policies and procedures, as well as financial regulations to include BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Center Operations accepts responsibility to assure that members have full knowledge of the credit union's products and services as we address their personal financial needs. This is done by evaluating each member's current relationship(s) with the credit union then educating the member on the product(s) and/or services that may best suit them now and in the future. This area is also accountable for acquisition and retention of deposits, member service satisfaction, loan acquisition, fee income generation, employee career pathing and retention, along with continuous assessment of current business practices Center Operations' success is reflected in the increased member use of these products and services, to the mutual benefit of the individual member and the credit union as a whole. Act in a supervisory capacity. Conduct staff meetings; delegate responsibilities and accountabilities to assure a smooth running center; follow-up on all expectations of staff, give positive reinforcement, recognize and reward staff when warranted, identify and take corrective action in the event of sub-standard performance. Initiate and manage service and sales activities. Participating in setting and communicating center service and sales goals, and lead in achieving same; develop service and sales strategies and implement into daily actions; track and assess results; conduct weekly sales meetings; daily briefing/debriefing; ensure that MSR staff maintain an active member follow-up program. Participate in training and development. Responsible for center training programs, product knowledge, service and sales techniques and center audit and security procedures; communicate and train promotional programs, to include employee briefings, videos, and marketing materials; review and monitor training progress and development for all staff members; develop and maintain personal and professional skills through internal / external training programs. Perform operational duties. Conduct staff meetings on operational and regulatory matters, assuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures, as well as financial regulation compliance to include BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau; also ensuring regulatory BVS assignments are completed by center staff; accountable for controllable center budget items; maintain FTE allotments; conduct surprise teller and vault cash counts; insure SCCP compliance; perform center audit. Provide consultative member service. Conduct member profiling methodology to determine needs. Provide product and service information; explain features and benefits; resolve errors and member complaints. Develop and maintain positive member and staff relationships. Establish Weekly sales plans for center Minimum formal education required for this position: Knowledge consistent with a associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar (usually obtained through a 2-year degree program or 3+ years direct experience in addition to the experience requirement below) Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting Minimum work experience: 3+ years in financial services retail delivery 1+ years management of staff or team leadership Technical or specialized knowledge/skills: Leadership Professional interpersonal relationship skills.
